​2. What types of coaching do you offer?

You can start by scheduling an introductory session or consultation through the Schedule an Appointment page to discuss your goals and decide which coaching option best fits your needs. From there, we’ll build a customized plan and set you up for success.
 

3. What’s the difference between in-person and online coaching?

In-person coaching provides hands-on instruction, immediate feedback, and a fully customized workout experience. Sessions are a minimum of 1 hour and are ideal for improving technique, staying accountable, and building confidence in real time.

Online coaching gives you structured programming, video guidance, and ongoing communication so you can train anywhere, anytime — perfect for busy schedules or those who prefer flexibility.

4. How does Nutrition Coaching work?

Nutrition Coaching focuses on building sustainable, healthy habits around food. You’ll receive a personalized plan that aligns with your goals and lifestyle, plus weekly check-ins to track progress and make adjustments. It’s not about restriction — it’s about fueling your body, improving performance, and feeling your best.

5. I’m a beginner — can I still join?

Absolutely. Every coaching service is tailored to your current fitness level and experience. You’ll receive guidance, education, and progression plans that help you build a strong foundation safely and confidently.

6. How long are the workouts in the Everyday Woman program?

Workouts are 60 minutes a day, designed to get you in, get results, and get on with your day. Every session is efficient, effective, and built to help you feel strong and confident without spending hours in the gym.

7. What if I’m training for a specific goal or event?

Perfect — that’s exactly what individualized coaching is for. Whether it’s a HYROX race, triathlon, marathon, or weightlifting competition, I’ll design your training around your event timeline, strengths, and goals to help you perform your best on race day.

8. Do you offer training for teenage athletes?

​Yes — my Teen Athlete Development program is designed specifically for teenage girls to build strength, coordination, and confidence in a safe, empowering environment. It’s a great foundation for both athletic performance and lifelong healthy habits.

9. What’s included in Pre & Postnatal Coaching?

These programs are built around your stage of pregnancy or postpartum recovery. You’ll work on core and pelvic floor strength, mobility, and functional movement to help you stay active, strong, and confident through every phase of motherhood.

10. How do the Monthly Coaching Programs work?

All coaching services are offered on a monthly subscription basis. When you sign up, you’ll gain full access to your personalized program, progress tracking, and ongoing support for that month. Subscriptions automatically renew every month to keep your coaching continuous and consistent — no interruptions in your training. You can make changes or cancel anytime before your next billing cycle.
