A Bit About Me
Hey, I’m Carleigh — athlete, coach, and founder of Reforge Fitness.
I believe every woman has a version of strength waiting to be rediscovered. Not the kind defined by a number on the scale, but the kind you feel when you realize what your body can do. My mission is to help women build that strength — through every season of life. From teen athletes finding their confidence, to moms rebuilding postpartum, to everyday women learning to train like athletes — I meet you where you are and help you rise.
Athlete Experience
My own journey hasn’t been linear — it’s been forged through setbacks and comebacks. After years of coaching CrossFit and Olympic weightlifting, a major elbow injury forced me to start over. That reset led me to endurance sports — and ultimately, a whole new level of grit. I’ve since competed at the World Triathlon Championships and HYROX World Championships, and earned a Boston Marathon qualifying time. I’ve stood on podiums, pushed through pain, and learned that real strength is built when no one’s watching — in the quiet moments you choose to keep going.

Over the last decade, I’ve coached hundreds of women to move better, perform stronger, and believe in themselves again. I hold certifications through NASM, Girls Gone Strong, Precision Nutrition, and CrossFit, with specialties in HYROX and triathlon training, women’s performance, and pre- and postnatal coaching. But more than credentials, I bring empathy — because I’ve lived every phase my clients walk through. I know what it feels like to rebuild, to start over, and to rise stronger. And that’s what Reforge Fitness is all about — helping you rebuild your foundation, restore your confidence, and reforge your strength from the inside out.
